Return and Exchange Policy

Shoes may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of delivery only if unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
The client must notify the Company in writing within the 48-hour period. Items showing any signs of use or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns or exchanges for international orders are accepted only after inspection. All return shipping costs are borne by the client, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or Company error.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Company will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
